Yamaha WaterCraft Group announced today that the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA®) has again recognized Yamaha with its prestigious Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for excellence in customer satisfaction in the Jet Boat and Personal Watercraft categories.
The awards were presented to Yamaha WaterCraft at the NMMA®’s annual State of the Industry address at the Miami International Boat Show® that ends February 19th. Yamaha is the only jet boat and personal watercraft brand to have won this honor in the CSI Awards’ two decade history.
“At Yamaha, we consider the CSI Award one of the top honors we can earn in our industry”, said Bryan Seti, General Manager, Yamaha WaterCraft Group. “This award recognition is not achieved alone, but rather in cooperation with our great marine and powersports dealer network. We are, as always, grateful for their continued commitment to increase customer satisfaction and we share this award with them.” NMMA® launched its Marine Industry CSI Award Program in 2001 to provide boat and engine manufacturers with an independently measured, cost-effective tool to help improve customer satisfaction in the boating industry. The program allows participating manufacturer companies to monitor customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis and to create benchmarks in the industry.
